The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers easy access to transportation. Rooms are clean and adequately equipped with basic amenities such as slippers and free internet. Breakfast was good and the bar/bistro served coffee and drinks. Some of the art on the walls was interesting.
The lobby appears dark and dingy and the service at check out was slow due to understaffing.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The hotel's location close to the airport was very convenient for us. The room service was exceptional, and the housekeeping staff kept our room impeccably clean. We also appreciated the laundry service, as it made our trip much more comfortable. The hotel's shuttle service, including the paid airport shuttle, was a great convenience for us. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning, ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the terrace gave us a lovely place to relax. The staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our time here.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel had free wired internet in the rooms and large windows with views. It was conveniently located near a large supermarket. the staff was able to understand and speak English well.
The food was cold and not appetizing. the heating system was not controllable, and the showers and toilets were faulty at times.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the bed was comfortable during my Easter weekend stay. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the fact that there was ample hot water for showering.
The staff was not very welcoming or hospitable, which put a damper on the overall experience. the room was in poor condition with an old and malfunctioning TV, broken cupboard doors, and no security lock.
